Product composition and treatment guidelines for Lenisna PLA
Each ampoule of Lenisna Soft Tissue Injectable Implant contains 170 mg poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) and 30 mg hyaluronic acid. Before use, the product is diluted with 8 ml sterile water or saline solution and supplemented with 1-2 ml lidocaine to increase comfort during treatment. The injection is made with a 25G cannula (40-50 mm) into the subcutaneous or deeper dermis layer. The effect lasts for 18 to 24 months. For optimal results, 3 sessions at one-month intervals are recommended, followed by a possible booster after one year.
