Each package of this dermal filler includes a 1 ml injection syringe and two 27G cannulas. Restylane® Defyne contains hyaluronic acid along with the pain-relieving active ingredient lidocaine. The concentration of the hyaluronic acid gel in this filler is 20 mg/ml, while the lidocaine is present at 3 mg/ml. Results typically appear immediately after treatment, though this can vary among patients, and any swelling may slightly delay the onset of effects. The duration of effect of Restylane® Defyne ranges from approximately up to 9 months, but this varies for each patient and cannot be predicted. Like any dermal filler, this product may cause swelling, redness, and pain at the injection site, with no other known side effects.
