Shipping policies

Shipping is carried out by our strong partners DHL Express or UPS. Your parcels are generally insured up to €500. If the value of your goods exceeds this amount, we will conclude an additional insurance agreement with DHL or UPS for you. This supplement is free of charge for you.

Shipping costs for Spain

For standard shipping via UPS to Spain, we charge a shipping fee of 12,90€. Express shipping to Spain via DHL Express is charged for every order value and costs 20€.

Shipping costs for France

For standard shipping via UPS to France , we charge a shipping fee of 12,90€. Express shipping to France via DHL Express is charged for every order value and costs 20€.

Shipping costs for Italy

For standard shipping via UPS to Italy, we charge a shipping fee of 12,90€. Express shipping to Italy via DHL Express is charged for every order value and costs 20€.

Shipping costs for United Kingdom

For standard shipping via DHL Express Economy to UK, we charge a shipping fee of 17,90€. Express shipping to UK via DHL Express is charged for every order value and costs 20€.

Shipping costs for Canary Islands and Cyprus

For shipping to Canary Islands and Cyprus we only offer express delivery. The DHL Express shipping fee is 30€.

Shipping costs for Monaco and Norway

The DHL Express Economy shipping fee to Norway is 17,90€ and 15,90€ to Monaco. The DHL Express shipping fee to Norway is 25€ and 20€ to Monaco.

General shipping costs to further countries

 A fee of between 12,90€ and 14,90€ is charged for standard shipping to other countries. The Express shipping to other countries costs between 20€ and 40€. This shipping fee depends on the respective delivery area and is due for every order without exception. Additional customs duties, fees and/or import sales tax may be incurred by the customer.
